This includes but is not limited to birthday parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or other social gatherings. - **Noise Levels**: Please maintain low noise levels, especially between 9 PM and 9 AM, to respect the peace of the neighborhood. - **Additional Guests**: Only guests included in the booking are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of $100 USD per guest per day. Prior approval is required for any changes to the guest list. - **Violations**: Breaking the no-party rule may result in immediate eviction without a refund and an additional fee of $1,000 USD for damages or extra cleaning, if necessary. - **Local Laws**: Guests are expected to adhere to all local noise and gathering regulations.
