No Party/Event/ No Smoking Policy Strictly No Parties or Events: For the comfort and security of our neighbors and community, parties, gatherings, or events of any size are strictly prohibited in our property. This includes birthday parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or any other type of gathering. Noise Levels: Guests are kindly requested to maintain a low noise level, especially between 9 PM to 9 AM. This ensures that everyone in the neighborhood can enjoy a peaceful environment. Additional Guests: Only the guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. Please do not invite additional people without prior approval. Additional guest without consent will be charged $ 100 USD per guest per day. Violations: Violating the "No Party" rule may result in immediate eviction without a refund, and an additional fee $ 1,000 USD may be charged for any damages or extra cleaning required. Local Laws & Regulations: Guests are also reminded to adhere to local noise and gathering regulations. Non-compliance can lead to fines or legal actions against the guest. Respect the Space: We take pride in our home and have opened its doors for your enjoyment. Please treat our space with respect, just as you'd treat your own. Communication: If you have any plans that might be in a gray area, please discuss them with us in advance. No Smoking Policy * Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and within any indoor areas, including rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. * Designated Areas: If you wish to smoke, please use the terraces areas outside or step a reasonable distance away from the property. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. * Cleanliness and Safety: This rule is in place to ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and safety of all our guests and to avoid potential fire hazards. * Odors and Residue: Smoking leaves a persistent odor and residue that can be difficult and costly to remove. It's essential to respect future guests who may be sensitive or allergic. * Violations: If evidence of smoking is found inside the property (such as cigarette butts, ash, or a lingering odor), an additional $ 500 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of restoring the property to its smoke-free state. * Other Products: This no-smoking policy also applies to other tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and similar products. * Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of neighbors when smoking outside, ensuring smoke does not disturb others or enter open windows.
