This includes birthday parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or any other type of gathering. Noise Levels: Guests are kindly requested to maintain a low noise level, especially between 9 PM to 9 AM. This ensures that everyone in the neighborhood can enjoy a peaceful environment. Additional Guests: Only the guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. Please do not invite additional people without prior approval. Additional guest without consent will be charged $ 100 USD per guest per day. Violations: Violating the "No Party" rule may result in immediate eviction without a refund, and an additional fee $ 1,000 USD may be charged for any damages or extra cleaning required. Local Laws & Regulations: Guests are also reminded to adhere to local noise and gathering regulations. Non-compliance can lead to fines or legal actions against the guest. Respect the Space: We take pride in our home and have opened its doors for your enjoyment. Please treat our space with respect, just as you'd treat your own. Communication: If you have any plans that might be in a gray area, please discuss them with us in advance. No Smoking Policy * Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and within any indoor areas, including rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. * Cleanliness and Safety: This rule is in place to ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and safety of all our guests and to avoid potential fire hazards. * Odors and Residue: Smoking leaves a persistent odor and residue that can be difficult and costly to remove. It's essential to respect future guests who may be sensitive or allergic. * Violations: If evidence of smoking is found inside the property (such as cigarette butts, ash, or a lingering odor), an additional $ 500 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of restoring the property to its smoke-free state. * Other Products: This no-smoking policy also applies to other tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and similar products. * Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of neighbors when smoking outside, ensuring smoke does not disturb others or enter open windows.

Vero and the Casa Cholula team truly made this the best Airbnb experience I've ever had, especially with such a large group! They made all of us feel welcome, secure, and stress-free during our stay. The rooms are spacious and beautiful with attention to detail in the decor. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless & the 3rd floor patio was a perfect place to chill out in the sun or hang out in the evenings. The house is centrally located -- you're surrounded by multiple coffee shops (all amazing), an Oxxo, and multiple restaurants too. Also very walkable to Parque Mexico and España. I wish I could've stayed there for another week (or two!). :) When we had any questions or small issues, Vero and her team were extremely quick to respond and would resolve everything quickly. We truly had no hassle staying there. I would recommend this place to everyone with a large group!

Vero and her team were amazing—so helpful and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The house itself was incredible: spacious, comfortable, and perfect for large groups. It's located in a very safe, walkable neighborhood, close to everything you might need. Vero and her team went above and beyond, even helping us with groceries, which was such a thoughtful touch. We absolutely recommend staying here!

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and matched the listing perfectly, comfortably accommodating my group of 11. The main house had a spacious kitchen, dining room, pool table room, cozy family area, and a powder room. Outside, a small seating space with chairs and a hammock provided a peaceful retreat. Upstairs, the primary bedroom had an ensuite, while two other rooms shared a bathroom. Though street noise was present, the host thoughtfully provided earplugs. Two additional ensuite bedrooms were accessed from the back, near the outdoor dining space and hot tub. However, due to a steep staircase, mobility issues prevented my group from enjoying this area. The neighborhood was safe and walkable, with a coffee shop and convenience store nearby. The host was highly responsive, even recommending great takeout options. Overall, a fantastic stay—you’d gladly return!

We had a great time at this place! The house is very spacious and recently renovated. The roof top area was definitely a plus to hang out and have coffee in the morning. The location was great with a lot of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance Vera and her team were great with entry instructions and very responsive to our needs. We were a group of 7 and we had enough space for everyone! Overall a great stay, definitely recommend for family or group travel
