Additional Guests: Only the guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. Please do not invite additional people without prior approval. Additional guest without consent will be charged $ 100 USD per guest per day. Violations: Violating the "No Party" rule may result in immediate eviction without a refund, and an additional fee $ 1,000 USD may be charged for any damages or extra cleaning required. Local Laws & Regulations: Guests are also reminded to adhere to local noise and gathering regulations. Non-compliance can lead to fines or legal actions against the guest. Lovely apartment in Roma, near many cafes and restaurants and bars. It is a lovely place, very spacious for 3 people. The foremen were lovely and helpful. A great apartment in a marvelous city!
